Abu is a paralegal at ½Û×ÓÊÓƵ working with the Dispute Resolution team on their current awareness offering and maintenance of practical guidance. Abu also works across with other practice areas, including Corporate Crime and Public Law.Ìý

Janna is a dispute resolution lawyer. SheÌýdeals primarily with cross border issues and is active in the work being undertaken in relation to the implications of Brexit for Dispute Resolution lawyers. Janna also heads up a ½Û×ÓÊÓƵ costs team bringing together expertise from across the company to deal with the costs issues facing the profession.

Neda is a dispute resolution lawyer with Masters in International Private Law (Paris 1, Sorbonne), International Arbitration (Versailles) and International Dispute Resolution (Paris-Est Creteil).

She has trained and worked for leading private practices in Paris, Madrid, Milan and Bristol (including Hogan Lovells, Dentons, and Cuatrecasas).

Before joining the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution team, Neda worked on international disputes, both litigation and arbitration, as well as commercial litigation matters in the UK.

She is a dual-qualified solicitor in England & Wales (2018) and Spain (2016). Neda used to be a lecturer in Civil Law in Paris and speaks fluently French, English, Spanish, Italian and Persian.

Within Lexis®PSL,ÌýNeda deals with cross-border issues (mainly conflicts of law, jurisdiction and enforcement).
Ruth specialises in general corporate and commercial dispute resolution with particular experience in shareholder disputes, fraud and warranty claims. Ruth trained and qualified at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP) where she remained in practice for ten years. Her work has involved project managing large-scale cases to trial in the chancery and commercial courts. Ruth was actively involved in in-house training with a particular focus on all aspects of evidence gathering and production, including authoring a user-manual on E-disclosure. She is also a contributor to the New Law Journal.
Laura specialises in general domestic dispute resolution. She is a solicitor with around thirteen years’ private practice experience, training and qualifying at Jones Day before moving to Slaughter and May.

During her time in practice, Laura advised on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract and professional negligence, as well as a range of civil fraud, employment and shareholders’ disputes. An experienced litigator, she acted primarily in high value and complex claims for clients from the banking and finance sector. Laura additionally acted in arbitration proceedings and on a number of domestic and cross border investigations.

Laura joined the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution team in September 2017, with current key areas of interest including pre-action conduct, limitation, injunctions and corporate disputes.
