Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions The ‘Spring Sale’ promotional offer runs from 4th March 2025 until the 25th April 2025.

Price and publication dates are subject to change by ½Û×ÓÊÓƵ without notification. VAT where applicable will be added. Discounts are only valid for the selected products that are part of the ‘Spring Sale’ promotional offer featured in the online store. Discounts will be marked against specific titles on the online store. Special offers cannot be applied to orders outside of the UK, existing orders, previously purchased titles or in conjunction with any other current offers. A maximum discount of 20% applies to selected legal books and eBooks. Discounts are only applicable for new customers. We reserve the right to withdraw any product, amend discounts or the sale overall without prior notice. 

This agreement (including any non-contractual obligations) shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims). 

Products can be returned for a refund within 14 days according to the following conditions:

• All returns must be accompanied by the relevant invoice and a valid authorisation code
• No returns can be accepted after 14 days following date of the relevant invoice
• All goods returned must be in re-saleable condition
• Any refunds will take into account the original discount
• If an eBook is included as part of the sale, no returns can be accepted if the eBook has been downloaded
