In the case of:
(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a child who is subject to a placement order1, a person connected with such a child2 under the age of 16 commits an offence if the person takes or sends3 the child out of the United Kingdom without the leave of the court which made the placement order4;
(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a child who is the subject of a pending application for a placement order, a person connected
