Individual release
An agreement used obtain the consent from an individual in relation to their performance in a film or television production. The release may extend to their performance and also to any copyright works created by them in relation to the production and usually provides for a waiver of moral rights, confirmation of performer鈥檚 consent and assignment of performer鈥檚 property rights as well as an acknowledgement of receipt of equitable remuneration.
Long term incentive plan (LTIP)
LTIP is an acronym for 鈥榣ong-term incentive plan鈥, which is a term that is commonly used among listed companies to describe an executive share incentive plan under which share-based awards are made to senior employees with a vesting period of at least three years.
Postal item
鈥淧ostal item鈥 means鈥 (a) any letter, postcard or other such thing in writing as may be used by the sender for imparting information to the recipient, or (b) any packet or parcel.
