198. Inspection of children's services in Wales.

The Welsh Ministers' functions¹ under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 Pt 8² may be exercised as if anything done by a local authority in Wales in the exercise of specified functions³ was in the exercise of a social services function of the local authority⁴.
