According to Decree No 93/575/PM of 15 July 1993, Art 4, specifying the terms and conditions of the drafting and deliverance of certain employment contracts, inbound employees on assignment must have an employment contract that is submitted to the prior approval of the Ministry in charge of employment and professional training.

The contract must be submitted to the Ministry in six copies with the signatures of both parties in wet ink.
