Ana Stanič is a renowned international arbitrator with over 25 years dispute resolution experience specialising in energy law, EU law, and international law, with a particular focus on international arbitration. She is a member of Arbitra International, and she has served as an arbitrator (including as chair) for prestigious institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, and SCC and has acted as counsel for companies and States in numerous investment treaty and commercial arbitrations. Ana is also a member of the Court of Arbitrators of the PCA in The Hague.

James is a full-time arbitrator in independent practice.��He is an associate member of Six Pump Court Chambers in London.

For six years, between 2016 and 2022, James worked part-time for ��Ƶ��on the Lexis®PSL Arbitration module and helped to develop and update LMAA, commodities, arbitration statistics, third-party funding, institutional and ad hoc arbitration content. He has also been a contributor to the ��Ƶ® Dispute Resolution Blog and New Law Journal.

James has more than 30 years’ experience of ad hoc, trade association, institutional and investment arbitrations as a solicitor and avocat in London and Paris, as a former Registrar and Deputy Director General of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), as a case assessor for legal costs insurers and third-party funders, and as an arbitrator. His background as a lawyer is in shipping, commodities, oil and gas, and insurance. His appointments as an arbitrator since 2016 have largely been in these sectors.

He spent more than 20 years in private practice with Withers, HFW and Stephenson Harwood. At the LCIA from 2008-2012, he oversaw the administration of more than a thousand commercial arbitrations and assisted with updating the institution’s arbitration rules. At Thomas Miller Legal, in 2012-2014, he assessed and managed a wide range of commercial and investment claims on behalf of insurers and funders.

James takes appointments in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations as sole arbitrator and on three member panels. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Aspiring Full Member and former Honorary Secretary of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).��

With nearly two decades of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial law, and intellectual property law, Gustavo serves as an arbitrator, domain name panellist, and legal expert. Fluent in multiple languages and qualified to practice in common law and civil law jurisdictions (Brazil, Portugal, and England and Wales), Gustavo navigates complex legal landscapes with ease. His 'exceptionally interesting' and 'thought-provoking' writings have garnered acclaim, and he actively mentors young lawyers, sharing his insights and passion for the law. Additionally, Gustavo serves as an arbitration specialist lawyer at Lexis®+ Arbitration UK, a leading online legal knowledge provider, where he develops innovative knowledge products and solutions.

Nina Hall is a specialist in arbitration with experience of client representation and case management before ICC, LMAA, GAFTA, ICSID, AAA, Stockholm tribunals and a number of regional centres.�� Nina trained at Herbert Smith Freehills in the early 1990s and in addition to obtaining higher rights as a solicitor she went on to advocate as an international practitioner and case manager, advising sovereign entities and multinationals, cross-border.�� She is also an expert in mass claims (arbitration special panels) and has a keen interest in the development of treaty law and direct recourse rights.�� Nina completed her LLB at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London University and has significant comparative law(s) experience and knowledge of legal systems, globally.�� Nina has also worked with UNCTAD and other UN bodies on harmonisation of law projects.�� Nina contributes to the ��Ƶ Dispute Resolution Blog on arbitration matters.
