Join your peers to get insights on best practice on driving peak legal department performance – 12 December, 8:30am – 10:00am

Legal Operations and Knowledge Manager roles continue to grow in prevalence, scope and stature as they take on increased importance across businesses of all sizes.

This is evidenced both by the growth in volume of those with a specific responsibility for legal operations and knowledge management, together with most of these roles reporting directly to the GC and with titles of increasing seniority.

How do these roles compare across industries? How do you really drive value to your business in these roles? What support can you gain from like-minded colleagues?

Hear from Tracey Maloney, winner of the Law Society award for excellence in Technology & Innovation

We are delighted to be joined by Tracey Maloney from the Co-op whose team recently won the Law Society award for excellence in Technology & Innovation.

Co-op Legal Services impressed the judges with the way they deployed technology to meet a clearly defined and unmet client need. By digitalising divorce paperwork, utilising content marketing, and implementing technology that aids a more balanced working life for their staff; Co-op Legal Services have created a positive impact for their clients, colleagues and their business.

Drive the agenda with Manu Kanwar, Founder of LexSolutions in a design thinking breakout

Manu Kanwar is an ex GC with a strong interest in legal ops, innovation and driving value.  He is the founder of LexSolutions, which provides newlaw people, process and tech support.

At the inaugural meeting, you will have the opportunity to set the overall objectives and annual agenda for the group. In this interactive design thinking-led breakout, Manu Kanwar will guide attendees to structure an Affinity Diagram and Ease vs Impact prioritisation to collaboratively agree and articulate the direction and substance of the Forum.  We will also set the cadence of meetings and special workshops.
